Abstract

The present invention provides a dispersant for carbon materials, the dispersant containing a copolymer having a nitrogen-containing group, wherein the copolymer has a nitrogen content of 0.01 wt % or more and 5 wt % or less and the copolymer has an SP value of 8.0 to 12 (cal/cm).
