Abstract
The invention relates to a membrane pump devicefor conveying fluids, in particular medical liquids for blood treatment. The invention furthermore relates to a membrane pump with a membrane pump deviceand an actuating devicefor the membrane pump device. The membrane pump devicehas a pump chamber bodyin which a recess, which is closed by an elastic membraneto form a pump chamber, is constructed. The membrane pump devicemoreover comprises an inward flow pathwhich connects an entry connectionto an inlet openingof the pump chamber, and an outward flow pathwhich connects an outlet openingof the pump chamberto an exit connection. An inlet valveis provided in the inward flow pathand an outlet valveis provided in the outward flow path. The outlet valveis a membrane valve which has a valve bodyA in which a recess is constructed which is closed by an elastic membraneto form a valve chamberin which a valve seatis arranged, the front face of which faces the membrane and in the open position of the outlet valve is arranged at a distance from the valve seat, wherein a valve channelpasses through the valve seat. The outward flow pathcomprises a first outward flow channelwhich connects the outlet openingof the pump chamberto the outlet valve chamber, and a second outward flow channelA which connects the outlet valve chamberto the exit connection, wherein the cross-section area of the outlet valve channelis smaller than the cross-section area of the region of the valve chambersurrounding the outlet valve seat
