Abstract

The present invention provides a radar device capable of reducing processing load while arraying receiving antennas in two directions. In the present invention, a transmitting unit (transmitting antenna) transmits an electromagnetic wave. A plurality of receiving antennasreceive a reflected wave from an object which reflects the electromagnetic wave, and convert the reflected wave into a first signal Sig. A plurality of receiving circuitsare respectively connected to the receiving antennasand generate a second signal Sigfrom the first signal Sig. A signal processing unitprocesses the second signal Sig. The plurality of receiving antennasare arrayed in a first direction and a second direction crossing the first direction. The signal processing unitswitches the combination of the second signal Sigthat is processed, for each frame indicating a time period extending from when the transmitting antenna transmits the electromagnetic wave to when the signal processing unitprocesses the second signal Sig
