Provided is a device () for drying a columnar structure () supported upright on a supporting surface (), wherein a feeding part () for feeding drying gas toward the supporting surface () and a discharge part () for discharging the fed drying gas are both provided in an opposing surface () facing the supporting surface (). A plurality of feeding parts () and a plurality of discharge parts () are preferably provided, and the plurality of discharge parts () are preferably symmetrically disposed around one feeding part ().
