Compounds of formula I are provided: wherein X is NH, or CH, Y is a single bond, or —CHR—, Ris H, C-Calkyl, or C-Chydroxyalkyl, Rand R' are each independently H, C-Calkyl, or C-Chydroxyalkyl, each Ris independently H, halo, —CF, C-Calkyl, or C-Calkoxy, Cperhaloalkyl, each Ris independently H, halo, or C-Calkyl, Ris C-Calkoxy, r is integer from 0 to 3; and p is integer from 0 to 3.
