Abstract

A system for capturing, organizing, and storing handwritten notes includes a plurality of fluorescently colored boundary markers. The boundary markers are configured to be positioned on a writing surface. An image of the writing surface with the fluorescent markers thereon is captured and the fluorescent colored boundary markers in the captured image are detected. A virtual boundary in the captured image is identified based on the positions of the fluorescent colored boundary markers. A portion of the captured image within the virtual boundary is unwarped to produce an unwarped image.
