Abstract

The invention relates to compounds of general formula (I): wherein R, n, R, R, and Rare as defined herein. The compounds are inhibitors of Bcl-2-associated death promoter (BAD) phosphorylation and have anti-apoptotic activity and are useful in the treatment of cancer, particularly breast cancer, endometrial cancer, ovarian cancer, liver cancer, colon cancer, prostate cancer or pancreatic cancer.
