Abstract
An enamel composition may be applied to an inner surface of cooking appliance to facilitate cleaning. The enamel composition may include: SiOat 25 to 50 wt %; BOat 1 to 15 wt %; one or more selected from among LiO, NaO, KO, and NaF at 10 to 30 wt %; ZnO at 1 to 15 wt %; MoOat 1 to 15 wt %; and one or more selected from among TiO, BiO, NiO, CoO, and CeOat 10 to 30 wt %.
