Abstract
Disclosed is a 5generation (5G) or pre-5G communication system for supporting a data transmission rate higher than that of a 4generation (4G) communication system such as long term evolution (LTE). The purpose of the disclosure is to analyze service availability, and an operating method of a server can include the steps of: receiving position information of a subscriber; determining service availability on the location indicated by the position information; and transmitting recommendation information related to the communication of a device of the subscriber at the location.
