Abstract
The flow rate control unitis comprised with each of the flow rate control devicesconnected to (juxtaposedly mounted on) the manifoldby the jointinterposed between each of the flow rate control devicesand the manifold. Each of the flow rate control devicescan be attached to or detached from the manifoldby manually operating (attaching/detaching) the clipwithout using a tool. Because there is no need to secure space to insert a tool between the adjacent flow rate control devices, the mounting pitch between the adjacent flow rate control devices(joints) can be reduced to the minimum, allowing miniaturization of the flow rate control unit
