Abstract

The present invention relates to a prediction model for a lip sticking force of a cigarette tipping paper, a construction method and a prediction method thereof, which belongs to the technical field of analysis and detection. In the method, the stepwise regression analysis is performed on the lip sticking force and values of the dynamic friction coefficient and the grammage of the cigarette tipping paper to obtain a model for predicting the lip sticking force of the cigarette tipping paper. When checking the accuracy of the model, it is found that the predicted value and the measured value basically fall near the 1:1 line, Rindex is 0.99, and the normalized root mean square error (nRMSE) is 2.64%. The present invention provides a method capable of quickly and simply quantifying a sticking force of the cigarette tipper paper to lips.
