Abstract
The amount of absorbed energy at the time of load input is improved with high mass efficiency. A hollow member includes: a hollow metal member having a bending induction portion in a portion in a longitudinal direction; and a resin material which is made of a resin having a Young's modulus of 20 MPa or more and is disposed in the bending induction portion in close contact with the metal member.
