Abstract
Systems and methods are involved with but are not limited to a portable device case including a frictional component coupled to a tensional retention assembly, the frictional component having a coefficient of friction greater than the coefficient of friction of a first clip, a second clip, and a tensional member of the tensional retention assembly.
