Abstract
A protective device () is provided for a hose clip () that connects a hose end () to a hose connection (). The protective device includes a protective body () made of a plastic. In the assembled state, the protective body () surrounds the circumference of the hose clip () and accommodates the hose clip () at least in its clamping region via a radially oriented molding (), and covers the hose clip () over the width thereof extending in the longitudinal direction of the hose connection ().
