Abstract
A driver assistance system () for a vehicle includes a control unit (), and a communication device () for receiving data from a server (). The control unit () is configured to calculate a trajectory (T) for the vehicle on the basis of sensor data. The control unit () is also configured to replace the calculated trajectory (T) for the vehicle () with an offboard trajectory (T) received from the server () under certain circumstances.
