Abstract

A two-dimensional flicker measurement device includes: a two-dimensional imaging device having a partial reading function for reading a part of an imaging region; a setting unit that sets a plurality of parts, which correspond to partial regions each of which includes two or more of measurement regions, in the imaging region; a control unit that acquires a photometric quantity of each of the plurality of partial regions corresponding to the plurality of parts by causing the two-dimensional imaging device to image the measurement target multiple times using the partial reading function with the number of set parts as the number of times of imaging; and a calculation unit that executes processing, which is for calculating flicker amounts of the two or more measurement regions included in the partial region based on the acquired photometric quantity of the partial region, for each of the plurality of partial regions.
