Abstract
An enclosure includes a furnaceand platesA toD arranged in the furnaceand used for placement of articles. Each of the platesA toD is movable vertically in the furnace. The enclosure further includes guide membersA andB, each of which is disposed adjacent to a side of one plate of the platesA toD that is disposed at a loading/unloading position where the articlesare allowed to be loaded into or unloaded from the furnace. The guide membersA andB guide the articlesand are rotatable with vertical movement of the plate.
