Abstract
A total flavonoid extract fromKitam., comprising 80-85% of rutin. A preparation method comprises selecting a complex enzyme consisting of a specific composition and ratio of enzymes for enzymatic hydrolysis, extracting and concentrating by a macroporous resin, and separating and purifying by a macroporous resin. The extract has therapeutic effect on non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.
