A prompt is received to start playing content on an appliance of the system during a time period. The content is played during the time period. A profile associated with the content is requested, where the profile includes a set of parameters for the environmental devices. The profile is received during a predetermined period of time. While the environmental devices are in operation, the settings of the environmental devices are adjusted based on the set of parameters.
