Abstract
The invention relates to a hinge () comprising a swivellable hinge part (), a stationary hinge part () and a tensionable spring element (), wherein the stationary hinge part () is designed with a first bearing () as well as a second bearing (), wherein the bearings () have swivel axes (S, S) that are offset to one another. According to the invention, the swivellable hinge part () is mounted on the stationary hinge part () via the first bearing () such that it can swivel about a swivel axis (S), and the tensionable spring element () is arranged on the stationary hinge part () via the second bearing ().
