Abstract
A shock absorbing member of the present disclosure is a shock absorbing member including a first hollow member () and a second hollow member () that are made of aluminum alloy and are weld joined to each other, in which a weld material and weld beads (W) do not project from a side on which a joined surface between the first hollow member () and the second hollow member () is located.
