Abstract
A three-dimensional morphological vessel model () can be obtained by assigning diameters () along the vessel derived from a two-dimensional morphological projection () at locations in the three-dimensional model defined by the temporal locations () of a trackable instrument (). An apparatus (), a system () and a method () for use of the system () in characterizing the vessel of a living being () by rendering a three-5 dimensional morphological vessel model () are presented.
