Abstract
Data transfer method and apparatus for use in a mobile communication system are provided. Method to transmit and receive common control channel message includes generating MAC subPDU for common control channel message with 1type subheader, transmitting MAC PDU including the MAC subPDU to the network, receiving MAC PDU including MAC subPDU for common control channel message with 2type subheader from the network and processing the received MAC subPDU applying the 2type subheader.
