Abstract

Toner comprising a toner particle, the toner particle includes a toner core particle and an organosilicon polymer covering the toner core particle surface, the organosilicon polymer has a structure represented by R—SiO(Reach independently represents an alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms or a phenyl group), the toner core particle includes a resin A having a substituted or unsubstituted silyl group in a molecule thereof, a substituent of the substituted silyl group is at least one selected from the group consisting of an alkyl group having 1 or more carbon atoms, an alkoxy group having 1 or more carbon atoms, a hydroxy group, a halogen atom, and an aryl group having 6 or more carbon atoms, a content of silicon atoms in the resin A is 0.02 to 10.00% by mass, and a content of silicon atoms in the organosilicon polymer is 30 to 50% by mass.
