Abstract
An augmented reality system includes a portable electronic device, a pair of augmented reality glasses, and a processing circuit. The portable electronic device has a display module and a positioning assembly, and the positioning assembly is disposed on the display module. The augmented reality glasses include an image capture module, and the image capture module is configured to capture at least one image of the display module. The processing circuit is configured to determine a position of an image center point of the at least one image relative to the positioning assembly according to the at least one image. When the processing circuit determines that the position of the image center point moves from the display module across the positioning assembly, the processing circuit controls the augmented reality glasses to display a virtual screen, and the virtual screen extends from a first side of the display module.
