Abstract

The present invention relates to a synergistic extract ofand of jasmine flower heads, obtained after aqueous extraction of, in which maceration of the jasmine flower heads is then carried out, the ratio of the dry weight ofto the dry weight of the flower heads being between 40/60 and 95/5. The present invention also relates to a method for obtaining said synergistic extract and cosmetic compositions comprising said extract as an active agent. The invention finally relates to the cosmetic use of said composition for combating the signs of aging and for improving the elasticity of the skin, by favoring maintenance of the 'stem' character of the adult dermal stem cells (SKPs).
