The point detector () includes a fan () configured to aspirate air from a surrounding environment; and an inlet () in flow communication with the fan (); the inlet () is configured to split the incoming flow into multiple streams (); and each stream () of the multiple streams () is configured to be in flow communication with a respective sensing device ().
