A temperature detection device according to the present invention can improve assembling workability to a coil. A temperature detection deviceincludes a temperature sensorthat includes a thermosensitive elementdetecting temperature of a coil, a holderthat holds the temperature sensorand positions the coilwith respect to the temperature sensor, and a clipas an elastic body configured to sandwich the temperature sensorand the coilthat are positioned by the holder.
