Abstract
The present invention relates to a novel mutant strainM2_15-C8 and a genetic modification process of said bacteria, wherein the mutant strain according to this invention can produce cellulase and xylanase more than the wild type. Moreover, the obtained enzymes can be used to digest the pretreated bagasse to further produce sugars effectively.
