Abstract

A computerized system for verification of project commencement and completion having a kiosk unique ties to a construction site, computer instructions for retrieving a building information model, retrieving a bill of materials representing physical construction materials ordered and available, retrieving a set of worker records representing a group of workers assigned to the construction project are available for the construction project, retrieving insurance coverage information, determining if the insurance coverage is sufficient according to the building information model, retrieving a financial commitment, retrieving a building permit, creating a certificate of commencement and completion by verified location according the bill of materials, material delivery confirmations, set of worker records, insurance initiation, financial information, permits and authorizations, and storing the certificate on a distributed ledger or a persistent storage medium.
