Abstract

Voltage detector (to) detects a voltage of each of the plurality of cell strings (St, St, St). A plurality of switches (S, S, S) are respectively inserted in the plurality of cell strings (St, St, St). Management unit () performs, in a non-running state of vehicle () that power supply system () is mounted on, an equalization process to equalize a voltage and/or capacity between the plurality of cell strings (St, St, St) by turning on at least two of the plurality of switches (S, S, S).
