Abstract
The present invention provides methods, compositions, and combinations for treating cancer via combined use of a compound of formula I or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, ester, solvate and/or prodrug thereof, wherein A, Q, n, m, R, R, V, X, X, X, X, X, X, and Xare as defined herein, and at least one therapeutically active agents selected from immunotherapeutics, anticancer agents, and anti-angiogenics.
