Abstract

A temperature detector () of an input unit () acquires a temperature of the input unit (). A temperature detector () of an output unit () acquires a temperature of the output unit (). When the temperature of the input unit () or the output unit () satisfies a preset condition, an input/output manager () of the CPU unit () controls passage/blockage of a signal from the detector () to the input unit () or a signal from the output unit () to a control target device () in accordance with preset content of signal input/output restriction.
