Abstract
A case () includes a tubular body () extending vertically and a top plate () disposed at a top edge of the tubular body (), the case being capable of accommodating a heat-generating element (). Upward ventholes () for discharging the heated air (P), which is heated by the heat-generating element (), to the outside are formed in the top plate. A partition wall () that protrudes downwardly from the top plate () is disposed between the upward ventholes () and the tubular body ().
