Abstract

A fluorine-containing ether compound represented by Formula (1) is provided;R—R—CH—R—CH—R—R  (1)(In Formula (1), Rand Rmay be the same as or different from each other and each represents an alkenyl group having 2 to 8 carbon atoms or an alkynyl group having 3 to 8 carbon atoms, Rand Rmay be the same as or different from each other and each represents a divalent linking group having a polar group, and Rrepresents a perfluoropolyether chain, with a proviso that Rand Rare, and Rand Rare divided due to the presence of an atom other than the carbon atom such as an oxygen atom).
