Abstract
An organic light emitting diode device, a manufacturing method thereof, a display panel and a display device are disclosed. The organic light emitting diode device comprises an anode, a hole transport layer, an organic light emitting layer, an electron transport layer and a cathode, sequentially disposed in lamination, wherein the hole transport layer comprises N sub-hole transport layers, where N≥2, and a (i+1)sub-hole transport layer is disposed on a side of a isub-hole transport layer away from the anode, the highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO) energy level of a host material of the isub-hole transport layer being greater than the HOMO energy level of a host material of the (i+1)sub-hole transport layer, where 1≤i≤N−1.
