Abstract

A device for waking up a battery management system (BMS) in response to an external power signal received from an external power module, and includes a pulse generator which receives the external power signal from the external power module and is supplied with source power through a different path from the external power signal, and generates a pulse signal depending on whether the source power is passed through when the pulse generator receives the external power signal, and a power output module which supplies the source power to the pulse generator, and outputs operating power for operating the BMS based on the pulse signal when the power output module receives the pulse signal from the pulse generator.
