Abstract
A breathable film includes a substrate, a membrane disposed on the substrate, and an adhesive interposed between the substrate and the membrane. The membrane includes a plurality of fibers of polyvinylidene fluoride. The breathable film has an air transmission rate equal to or greater than 4000 ml/min/cmunder air pressure of 70 mbar.
