Abstract
A wavelength converting bandage including a substrate with an external surface and an internal surface. The wavelength converting bandage includes a plurality of quantum dots, each quantum dot individually sized to emit light within a wavelength range of 613 nm to 846 nm, defined as converted light. The wavelength converting bandage includes at least a portion of the substrate constructed to adhere to skin. The substrate may receive ambient light from the environment on the external surface and may emit converted light toward the skin.
