Abstract
A method may include storing, in a block chain ledger, information associated with an agreement between a first service provider associated with a first network and a second service provider associated with a second network. The method may also include receiving, by a device, first capacity information associated with slices in the first network, storing the first capacity information in the block chain ledger and receiving a message associated with a roaming handoff for a communication session in the first network. The method may further include determining, by the device whether adequate resources are available in the second network to support the communication session and sending, to the first service provider, a message indicating that adequate resources are available in the second network to support the communication session.
