Abstract
Provided is a portable control device () comprising: a storage unit () for storing control data that includes a program for controlling a system and data used for the program; and a position control unit () for acquiring the position of the device itself. The portable control device () includes a main control unit () for deleting control data from the storage unit () when the position acquired by the position control unit () is outside a first area.
