Abstract
During a period when a user's dominant eye is the right eye, an image generating device () generates an image for the right eye () at a standard resolution and generates a display image for the left eye () at a lower resolution. During a period when the dominant eye is the left eye, the image generating device () generates an image for the left eye () at the standard resolution and generates a display image for the right eye () at a lower resolution. In a head mounted display (), the images with the lower resolution are enlarged into display images () and (), and the image for the left eye and the image for the right eye are displayed.
