A transmission having planetary gearsets (RSRSRSRSRS). Elements (STST) of gearsets (RSRS) form input and output shafts, respectively. Element (SO) of gearset (RS) couples element (HO) of gearset (RS) and can be immobilized by shift element (A). Element (ST) of gearset (RS) couples element (HO) of gearset (RS). Element (HO) of gearset (RS) can be immobilized by shift element (B). Elements (SOST) of gearsets (RSRS) can connect by shift element (C). Elements (HOSOSO) of gearsets (RSRSRS) couple and can couple element (SO) of gearset (RS) by shift element (E).
