Abstract
A bearing member (B) having a coating layer () on an internal circumferential surface of a shaft hole (H) configured to mount a shaft body (P), the coating layer () having a metal layer () whose surface is formed unevenly, and a resin layer () formed on the metal layer (), the metal layer () having a part thereof exposed (A) on a surface of the resin layer (), to inhibit the increase in temperature caused by sliding contact with the shaft body (P), and accomplishing improvement in seizure resistance.
