Abstract
An airbag comprises a front panel (), a rear panel () and an additional panel (), the front panel () and the rear panel () being directly connected to each other in a first circumferential portion () and the front panel () being connected to the additional panel () and the additional panel () being connected to the rear panel () in a second circumferential portion ().
