A power receiving deviceof a non-contact power supply devicehas: a resonant circuithaving a receiving coilfor receiving power from a power transmission device; and a rectifier circuitfor rectifying power output from the resonant circuit. The power transmission devicehas: a transmission coilfor supplying power to the power receiving device; a power supply circuitfor supplying AC power having an adjustable switching frequency to the power transmission coil; and a control circuitthat stops the power supply from the power supply circuitto the transmission coilwhen the non-contact power supply devicedoes not perform a constant voltage output operation even if the switching frequency is changed over a predetermined frequency range.
