Abstract

Disclosed are compositions and methods for their use for cosmetic applications. The composition can include tetrahexyldecyl ascorbate,fruit extract, and tocopherol, ascorbic acid. The composition can further include vegetable amino acids. An effective amount of the composition can be applied on skin to stimulate collagen production and lysyl oxidase activity, inhibit tyrosinase, inhibit melanogenesis and/or COX-1 activity, and inhibit the matrix metalloproteinase enzyme activity in skin.
