Transmission/reception unitsare fixed to both sides of a pipe body P in a clamp type. The transmission/reception unithas a mounterprovided with a through-holeand a transmitter/receiverinserted into the through-hole. The transmitter/receiverhas a surface contact portion, an element fixing portionprovided with an installation hole, and a ultrasound transmitting bodyinstalled in the installation hole.
