Abstract

When a wire rope () is broken, the wire rope () will sag from the state in which the wire rope is tensioned with a predetermined tension. At this time, a pin () is pressed toward a movable support () by a biasing force of a spring (), and the tip of the pin () is brought into contact with the surface of the movable support (). When the support arm () is ascended or descended with respect to the movable support () and the pin () is arranged at a position facing the hole () formed in the movable support (), the tip of the pin () is entered into the hole (), so that the pin () and the hole () are engaged with each other. Thereby, the support arm () is fixed with respect to the movable support ().
