Abstract
A display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The display device includes a display panel and a photosensitive imaging device. The display panel includes a display side and a back side opposite to the display side, and the display panel further includes a filter layer disposed at the back side of the display panel. The photosensitive imaging device is stacked with the display panel and located at a side of the filter layer facing away from the display side, and the photosensitive imaging device is configured to detect a skin texture image of a user touching the display panel.
